Peelo VR Viewer plays your videos entirely on your device. It does not upload your videos or your browsing activity, and it does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking.
Videos you import, open in place, or transfer from your Mac stay on your device. Peelo plays them locally and never uploads them to any server. Deleting a video in the app removes it from your device.
The built-in browser does not log the addresses of pages you visit or keep any browsing history. When you stream a video, it plays directly on your device and is not sent to us. Cookies are used only to authenticate video streams and are stored locally on your device.
Peelo may request access to your device's file system (e.g., "On My iPhone" or Files) only so you can select videos to play. These files remain on your device and are not uploaded or shared by the app.
Peelo reads your device's motion sensors (gyroscope) to track your head movements so the view follows where you look while watching in VR. This motion data is used only on your device in real time — it is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Peelo keeps a diagnostic log on your device to help troubleshoot problems. It is shared only when you explicitly choose to include it in a support email. The log contains timestamps and app events such as playback actions, file imports, and controller connections. It never contains URLs, page titles, or the content of any video.
Peelo does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only third party involved is Apple, which distributes the app through the App Store under Apple's privacy policy. Websites you open in the built-in browser are governed by their own privacy policies.
Peelo is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Because Peelo includes a built-in web browser with unrestricted access to the internet, children should not be given unsupervised access to the app.
